You will perform data entry, cycle counts, and coordinate with maintenance and project teams to keep parts flow smooth.

Responsibilities include organizing storage, issuing and returning parts, and maintaining an organized tool crib while adhering to SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• Strong data entry and numerical accuracy.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory records.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Excellent organizational and process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 8,000 parts and about $4 million in inventory for the facility and plant equipment.
• Organize and maintain the parts inventory and storage areas for easy access.
• Order, receive, and store parts promptly and accurately.
• Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support purchasing and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with maintenance and project teams to identify required parts and materials.
• Track parts issued to maintenance staff and ensure accurate returns to inventory.
• Coordinate repair and return-to-service of repairable inventory items.
• Kit and stage parts for work orders to support scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain the tool crib so tools are accounted for and accessible.
• Provide backup for other inventory control duties as needed.
• Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP when working in the plant.
• Attend regularly to support inventory operations.
