TEKsystems is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily fleet activities in Baltimore, MD. This onsite role focuses on vehicle readiness, vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, inspections, and process improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience in fleet management, strong customer service, and vendor coordination, with proficiency in Excel and data entry. The position is a 9-month contract-to-hire with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fleet management, transportation, logistics, or vehicle rental experience.
• Strong customer service and client support skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Microsoft Excel and data entry experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned fleet vehicles and daily operational activities.
• Conduct pre-service and post-service vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, detailing, and refueling.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance with third-party vendors.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, drivers, and vendors.
• Support account management and customer service initiatives.
• Monitor fleet utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve fleet efficiency.
