Zusammenfassung

AeroVironment is seeking a Material Control Specialist III to maintain optimal inventory levels supporting production and operations. The role involves tracking, analyzing, and reconciling inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability, working with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to optimize flow and reduce discrepancies.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, data entry in ERP/MRP, shipping packaging as needed, and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifikationen

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
2–5 years of related inventory experience or equivalent.
Foundational knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems for inventory control.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

Monitors inventory levels and ensures materials are available to meet production and operational needs.
Receives and counts stock items and records data in the computerized system.
Packs/unpacks items for stocking and maintains orderly stockroom organization.
Performs cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock.
Collaborates with procurement, warehouse, and production to track shipments and expedite critical materials.
Maintains accurate inventory records in the ERP/MRP system and ensures data integrity.
