Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support capitalization of costs to the Inventory line item. You will review invoices, match POs, prorate freight, and assist the Inventory Accounting team with reporting and ad hoc tasks.

The role requires a detail-oriented, accurate individual with experience navigating financial systems and handling high transaction volumes. On-site position with comprehensive perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately with financial data and systems.
• Capable of handling a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Review merchandise invoices and match PO lines to invoices.
• Pro-rate transportation charges and assign a GL Code for payment.
• Prorate and allocate freight charges to POs in Island Pacific ledger.
• Research to ensure prepaid merchandise is matched accurately.
• Support Inventory Accounting team and complete ad hoc tasks.
• Assist in inventory related reporting.
