Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead stockroom and warehouse activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records while maintaining safety and efficiency in a non-remote environment.

Ideal candidates have forklift/cherry picker experience, familiarity with Synapse WMS, and strong MS Office skills. This full-time role supports RJW Transport operations in a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required; ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Forklift and cherry picker/high lift experience required.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred) and related inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, KPI reporting, cycle counts, and product rotation.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access; able to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain layout and organization of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas considering turnover and weight.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance; determine adequacy of stock levels.
• Schedule and oversee inventories; coordinate with Inventory Specialists.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions; trace item history.
• Oversee inbound associates and assign duties; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
