Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to supervise stock control activities in our warehouse. You will oversee inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires forklift experience and strong attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning from stock layout to discrepancy resolution. You will manage inventory specialists, generate composite reports, and coordinate with facilities to optimize stock levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience in warehouse enviro nment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with MS Outlook/Word/Excel/Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for stock issues.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedules work for inventories and compiles reports.
• Traces history of items to resolve discrepancies.
• Issues instructions and expedites workflow with team.
• Assigns duties and checks work for quality.
