Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks an Inventory Control Lead to supervise stock, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations across facilities. The role ensures efficient stock handling, implements improvements, and coordinates with teams to meet company objectives.

The position requires forklift and cherry picker experience, and proficiency with warehouse management systems, with a focus on accuracy and timely inventories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy; plans inventories.
• Traces item history to resolve stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Issues instructions and expedites workflow with team members.
• Assigns duties and ensures work quality and policy conformance.
• Travel to assist other facilities as required.
