Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to perform cycle counts, audit bin locations, and investigate inventory discrepancies. You will work with the Inventory Supervisor on inventory-related tasks in a busy warehouse environment.

Role requires 1–3 months experience in inventory control and warehouse settings, plus experience with RF devices and WMS software (Synapse preferred). Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• 1–3 months related experience in warehouse.
• Experience operating power equipment (Reach Truck, EPJ and/or cherry picker/order picker).
• Experience using WMS software is a plus (Synapse preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and bin location audits.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Work with Inventory Supervisor/Manager on inventory related tasks.
• Travel to and assist at other RJW facilities as needed.
• Spend 80%+ of time on warehouse inventory activities with RF Gun or tablet; 20% on computer terminals.
