Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to perform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile inventory across stockrooms, warehouses, and yards. You will work with the Inventory Supervisor to maintain accuracy, input data, and assist with inventory related tasks.

The role requires 1–3 months of related experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency with WMS (Synapse) and Microsoft Office. Candidates must be able to travel to other facilities as needed and lift up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• 1–3 months related experience in warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access database.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical counts of inventory items to maintain accuracy.
• Counts and reconciles random part numbers and locations daily.
• Inputs inventory data accurately to ensure integrity.
• Completes documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Traces item history to resolve inventory discrepancies and suggests corrective actions.
• Travel to other facilities as needed; 80%+ of time in warehouse with RF Gun or tablet.
