Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to supervise stockroom and warehouse activities, ensuring accurate records and efficient inventory cycles. The role requires coordinating cycle counts, managing reports, and directing a team to resolve discrepancies while traveling to support other facilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have forklift/cherry picker experience, WMS familiarity (Synapse preferred), and strong Excel-based KPI reporting skills to optimize stock levels

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Working knowledge of KPI reporting, cycle count programs, and product rotation.
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Studies records and recommends actions for excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
• Prepares composite reports from inventory records.
• Traces item history to resolve discrepancies and remediate issues.
• Issues instructions and expedites workflow with the team.
• Assigns duties and inspects work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Travel to assist other facilities as needed.
