RJW Logistics in Romeoville, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to supervise stockroom and warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficient workflow. You will coordinate counts, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee inbound associates under the direction of the warehouse manager.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory control, forklift experience, and proficiency with WMS (Synapse preferred); includes benefits, 65-70k salary, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in Inventory Control.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
• Prepares composite reports from Inventory Specialists' reports.
• Traces history of items to resolve discrepancies.
