rjwlogistics in Joliet, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee stockroom activities, coordinate inventory counts, and ensure accuracy of records.

The role requires forklift operation, experience with WMS software (Synapse preferred), and strong attention to detail. Schedule Wed-Sat 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM with compensation around $65-70k.

You will lead a team of IC and inbound associates, generate reports, and ensure process adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Inventory Control.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory control practices, KPI reporting, and cycle count programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain layout of stockroom and storage areas considering turnover, size and weight.
• Study records and recommend actions for non-usable or excess stock.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance to procedures; assess stock levels.
• Schedule work for inventories and prepare composite reports.
• Trace item history to resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock records.
