Job summary

rjwlogistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Romeoville, IL facility. You will supervise stockroom activities, coordinate inventories, and ensure accurate records across the warehouse.

The role requires forklift experience, WMS familiarity (Synapse preferred), and 2+ years in inventory control with strong MS Office skills. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• 1–2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Working knowledge of KPI reporting and coordinating Cycle Count programs.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Studie records and remedial actions for non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedules inventories and prepares composite reports.
• Traces history of items and remedies discrepancies.
• Issues instructions and expedites workflow with the team.
• Assigns duties and ensures work quality and policy conformance.
• Oversees inbound associates and their daily tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
