Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Plainfield, IL. The position is onsite, full-time, with Sunday to Wednesday shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and a salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year.

Responsibilities include supervising inventory activities, maintaining stockroom layouts, and coordinating cycle counts. Required are 2+ years in inventory control and forklift experience, plus proficiency with Synapse WMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access database.

Responsibilities

• Maintain layout of stockroom and storage areas considering turnover and weight.
• Review records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedule work for periodic inventories and generate reports.
• Investigate discrepancies between inventory records and stock control.
• Oversee inbound associates and assign duties to ensure workflow.
