Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Joliet, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team in counting and safeguarding stock, coordinating with inbound and warehouse staff. You will maintain stockroom layouts, oversee cycle counts, and ensure accurate records in our WMS.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory control, forklift operation, and proficiency with WMS (Synapse) and Microsoft Office. You’ll schedule inventories, generate reports, and drive improvements in stock accuracy while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Inventory Control.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Proficient with WMS software, preferably Synapse.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Studies records and remediates non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
• Schedules inventories and prepares composite reports.
• Investigates discrepancies and implements corrective actions.
• Issues instructions and oversees inbound associates.
• Oversees inbound tasks and assigns duties.
