Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Plainfield, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee stockroom operations and coordinate inventory accuracy. The role supports inbound/outbound activities, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with safety and policy.

Schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; compensation is $65,000–$70,000 per year with benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan. Prior WMS experience and forklift operation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Working knowledge of Inventory Control practices; KPI reporting.
• PC literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
• Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
• Oversees inbound associates in their daily tasks and job responsibilities.
