Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks, RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates bring shipping/receiving experience, retail or farming knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value.
Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
Receive Direct POs, DC freight, and complete related transfers.
Partner with the Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance, receiving standards, and process follow-up.
