Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines across store operations.

The role involves receiving, inventory adjustments and reconciliations, transfers, and reporting while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager. Prior shipping/receiving or retail knowledge is valued; 18+ with a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform receiving and inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed and ensure safety compliance.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
