Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory, accuracy in receiving, and compliance routines that support store operations. You will handle receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes minimizing discrepancies and ensuring accurate stock across the front sidewalk, backroom, and dock, with a strong focus on safety and procedural compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and math competency are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Retail or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and product solutions to customers.
• Perform inventory control tasks, receipts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as required.
