Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that back store operations. The role involves receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position emphasizes consistent attendance, flexibility in shifts, and adherence to safety and quality standards to maintain Legendary Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
