Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. You will participate in receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.
• Execute receiving, adjustments, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Complete BOPIS and other reconciliation reports per company standards.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; assist customers as needed.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and timely documentation of duties.
