Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines across store operations. The role involves executing receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Applicants should be reliable, flexible, and customer-focused, capable of working varied shifts, operating forklifts, and supporting safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, and transfers.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete daily inventory reports and assist the Store Operations Manager.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as required.
