Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buyback/RTV, and reporting, while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to maintain efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will have shipping/receiving experience, retail exposure, and a commitment to Legendary Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail experience and knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Operate forklift and other equipment.
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI processes and store operations.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
