Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting, while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth store performance.

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work varied shifts in a retail

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and flexible hours essential.
• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities are important.
• Basic math and computer skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Receive Direct POs and freight transfers with accuracy.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations per company policy.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely.
• Assist customers and load purchases when needed.
