Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accuracy in receiving, inventory adjustment, and reconciliation across store operations. You will manage direct POs, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and BOPIS/OMNI processes while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, retail or farming knowledge, and a willingness to work varied shifts. A high school diploma is preferred; driver's license is required in some roles.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation per company standards.
• Process BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and reports.
• Operate forklift and pallet handling safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
