Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator II to safeguard data integrity in our central distribution center and additional warehouses. You will perform cycle counts, data entry in JDE/AIMS, and investigate inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2–4 years in warehousing or inventory management, plus strong Microsoft Office skills and professional communication across levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years' experience in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management preferred.
• Excellent communication across levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in inventory management systems and physical counts.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and stock transfers.
• Map locations and validate inventory traceability through documents.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
