Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator II to ensure data integrity in the inventory management system and at the central distribution center and warehouses. You will perform cycle counts, stock transfers, location mapping, data entry, validate traceability, troubleshoot discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 2–4 years in warehousing/inventory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in related field such as Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Inventory Control; and/or some college coursework with relevant job experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years previous experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or inventory management is required.
• Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication across multiple levels of the organization is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry into inventory management systems (JDE, AIMS).
• Process inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis and reconciliation actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers and location mapping as needed.
• Validate inventory traceability through document review and audits.
