Archway-Marketing-Service currently seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory records and quality fulfillment for our client base. You will conduct audits, cycle counts, data entry, and generate reports to maintain system integrity.

Responsibilities include verifying SKUs and locations, updating the system, and resolving discrepancies. A strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and safety is required, with lean/six sigma exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory control and data entry skills.
• Excellent math, reading, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure quality fulfillment services.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories as scheduled.
• Verify SKU, description, location, and labeling in the system.
• Key and verify inventory updates; report discrepancies and research variances.
• Handle delete/damage material processes as requested by the client.
• Coordinate special orders and client viewing when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support quality and safety standards.
