Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator II in Northlake, Texas to ensure inventory data accuracy in our central distribution center and other warehouses. You will perform cycle counts, data entry in JDE/AIMS, investigate discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehousing or inventory control, strong Excel skills, and the ability to use Copilot/AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in related field preferred or some college with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into inventory management systems (JDE, AIMS) and maintain accuracy.
• Perform periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate stock variances and root cause analysis; develop corrective actions.
• Communicate across departments to ensure data integrity and process adherence.
