Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator II to ensure data integrity in the inventory management system and physical inventory accuracy across the central distribution center and other warehouses. The role involves cycle counts, stock transfers, data entry, and root-cause analysis to reconcile discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in warehousing or inventory management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in related field preferred
• 2–4 years experience in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management
• Excellent customer service and professional communication across multiple levels
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge; experience with Copilot or AI tools to enhance productivity

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Incora warehouse policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer requirements and inventory systems
• Enter high volumes of data into JDE and AIMS
• Process physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
