Job summary

Ccicareers is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accuracy and organization of warehouse inventory. You will ensure ERP/WMS records reflect physical stock, coordinate with Inventory & Logistics and Procurement, and maintain optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, data documentation, and implementing process improvements to prevent recurrences while promoting safe work practices and accountability across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy and control aligning physical stock with ERP/WMS records.
• Perform and document cycle counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in coordination with Inventory & Logistics and Procurement.
• Review and process inventory adjustments with proper documentation.
