Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage and improve inventory accuracy. You will perform cycle counts, track transactions, and support MRB, QA, and reporting processes within our operations.

The role involves using ERP systems, handheld scanners, and Excel to maintain precise records. A HS diploma or GED and 2–5 years of related experience are preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, handheld scanners, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate cycle counts.
• Count and complete all counts.
• Inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Inventory consolidations.
• Rental job auditing of shipments and returns.
• Lot control on chemicals and powders.
• Maintain MRB transactions.
• Quality control research.
• Product disposal and scrap.
• Inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Generate inventory reports for site management.
• Supply ordering.
• RMA verification and receipt.
• Safety controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
