Job summary

ARMADA is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate stock records, perform cycle counts, and drive corrective actions to protect product integrity.

You will oversee shipments, reconciliations, and reporting, while coordinating with purchasing and finance. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and a strong knowledge of WMS tools such as JD Edwards and Red Prairie.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years inventory management experience in warehousing.
• Experience with high-volume distribution is preferred.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards and Red Prairie is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request cycle counts from facilities and report discrepancies.
• Maintain completion of records and reports like invoices.
• Manage ERS log and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Monitor end-of-month shipments and IA reporting.
• Train staff on WMS and ensure SQF compliance.
• Audit returns and ensure proper disposition.
