Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking inventory control staff in Lone Tree, CO to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity across the store.

The role supports cycle counting, receiving, tagging, and reporting while maintaining strong customer service under a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have at least one year in inventory control within a retail setting, experience with POS systems, and strong detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail environment.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily cycle count and category review calendar and adjust inventory in the system.
• Audit and verify shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies in tagging/SKUing and escalate to department managers.
• Audit various SOPs (OSDR, SOR, SRR, RTV) for compliance and issues.
• Monitor security of the facility and report any problems to management.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods and daily reporting.
