Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control position focused on accuracy and integrity of the store's inventory. The role supports daily cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing shipping docs, maintaining SOPs, and assisting management during physical inventories. Full-time and Part-time opportunities are available, with a base pay starting at $15.24 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail setting or equivalent.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendar and audit related processes.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy and adjust discrepancies in the inventory system.
• Notify managers of tagging/SKU discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Audit various SOPs (OSDR, SOR, SRR, RTV) and document findings monthly.
• Ensure security of the facility and maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to Store Management and propose solutions.
• Run monthly inventory reports and assist during physical inventory periods.
