Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for an Inventory Control role to maintain accuracy and integrity of store inventory. The position involves daily cycle counts, auditing processes, and collaboration with store management to prevent shrink and improve stock control.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in inventory control within a big-box retail environment, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail environment or equivalent
• POS analysis and reporting experience
• Business analysis experience is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Follow daily cycle count and category review calendar
• Audit and adjust inventory discrepancies in the system
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy
• Flag tagging/SKU discrepancies to managers
• Run and document monthly inventory reports
• Check customer receipts daily and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate daily discrepancies to store management with proposed solutions
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods
• Ensure proper labeling on written-off items and resolve issues
