You will analyze POS data, report findings, and collaborate with management to resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced retail setting. The position requires 1 year of inventory control experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail setting or equivalent.
• Experience with POS analysis and reporting is required or beneficial.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with strong customer service.
• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendars and audit discrepancies.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy and adjust inventory as needed.
• Audit daily processes (BFR, RTV, SRR) per SOPs and report issues.
• Identify tagging/SKU discrepancies and notify management for corrections.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on inventory movements and corrections.
• Communicate daily discrepancies to Store Management and propose fixes.
