Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control role to ensure accuracy and integrity of store inventory.

The position supports both full-time and part-time openings in a fast-paced retail environment, with emphasis on daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reporting. Responsibilities include auditing shipments, SKUs, and returns processes, maintaining SOP documentation, and coordinating with store management to address issues and prevent shrink.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail company or equivalent.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendar.
• Audit and adjust inventory discrepancies in the system.
• Verify shipping documents and tagging/SKU accuracy.
• Run reports monthly to confirm merchandise movement and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate discrepancies to management and propose fixes.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP.
