Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting to support store operations. You will work closely with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accurate inventory and compliance.

Forklift operation and occasional outdoor duties may be required as part of daily tasks. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, flexible hours, and a customer-focused approach aligned with our Legendary Customer Service

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines and reports.
• Ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.
