Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Vermont to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines supporting store operations. Responsibilities include receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Role requires ensuring accuracy in OMNI/BOPIS processes, completing reconciliation reports, and performing forklift operations with adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers, including new and open transfers.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight, front/sidelot DC freight, and leather footwear according to process standards.
• Complete all documentation associated with the above job duties accurately and timely.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
