Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance duties across store operations. You will perform receiving, adjustments, transfers, and reporting while partnering with Store Operations leadership.

The role requires flexibility, reliable attendance, and the ability to operate forklifts and related equipment. Experience in shipping/receiving and a high school diploma are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Basic computer skills and basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and flexible hours.
• Support receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation processes.
• Execute BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed and assist customers.
