Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, and compliance routines. You will work closely with the Store Operations Manager to ensure efficient stock flows in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, forklift operation, and timely reporting, with daily tasks including PO receipts, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliations, and inventory verification to maintain parity with system records.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• GREET, UNCOVER, RECOMMEND, and ADD VALUE for customers (GURA).
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach teammates on execution.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
