Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, and routine compliance that support store operations. You will manage forklift operations, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to uphold Legendary Customer Service.

Candidates should have shipping/receiving experience preferred, a high school diploma, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control and receiving accuracy.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and related tasks.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight and DC freight according to process standards.
