Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role includes receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, and reports while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

You will help ensure accurate inventory, support BOPIS/OMNI tasks, and maintain safety standards during daily operations and equipment handling at the store level.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct receiving verifications.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs and freight transfers, unload trucks, and stage items for the Freight Team.
• Stock and label freight and prepare picklists for the Freight Team.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance processes.
