Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will execute receiving, adjustments, transfers, and reconcile Omni orders while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, daily reporting, and ensuring accurate inventory and compliance. The role emphasizes reliable attendance and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustment, and reconciliation tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and coaching to team members.
