Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and related compliance tasks across store operations. You will handle receiving of Direct POs and freight, conduct forklift inspections, and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

The role requires available, flexible, and service-oriented performance, with attendance, shifting, and safety responsibilities integral to daily duties in

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and use as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and other receiving/inventory compliance tasks.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and receiving standards.
• Operate forklift, cash register/computer, and assist customers as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
