Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves executing receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

In this position you will manage OMNI orders, BOPIS reconciliation, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work varied shifts incl. nights/weekends/overtime
• GURA process: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value
• Deliver Legendary Service and leadership through engagement and accountability
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and use
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation
• Receive Direct POs and freight, execute unloads and stage totes
• Stock and tag freight and footwear per standards
• Key daily inventory adjustments and discrepancy corrections
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance
