Qualifikationen

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, or animal care knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value).
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Operate forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation and BODFS Reconciliation reports to standard.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and DC transfers; manage loading and staging.
• Stock and tag freight; create Fill to Capacity picklists; assist Freight Team.
• Log inventory adjustments and discrepancies per process and supervisor guidance.
• Review Negative On Hand and complete follow-up tasks; handle buybacks/RTV.
