Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• GURA: Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead by example with customer engagement and coaching.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS and other reconciliation reports per company standards.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, transfers, and manage unloading plans.
• Stock and tag freight and freight-related items per process standards.
• Create Fill to Capacity picklists for Freight Team as assigned.
• Record inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies per policy.
• Review Negative On Hand and follow up as needed.
• Process buybacks and RTVs; monitor other inventory controls.
• Collaborate with Store Operations Manager on inventory and compliance.
