Qualifications

• Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Regardless of education level, reading, writing, and counting accurately are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible with shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Receive Direct POs, transfers, and freight; support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Key inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies per company policy.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
